Dino P. Christoforakis
Managing Principal
Currently the founder of Vential Investments and the co-founder of AVANI Residential, a private residential development and operating company focusing on the Sunbelt markets in the U.S., Dino brings 20 years of experience in domestic and international real estate investment, capital markets, and development across all major asset classes and strategies.
Previously, Dino was responsible for acquiring office, life science, and retail properties at CBRE Investment Management and was the head of transactions, asset and portfolio management for office, retail, and mixed-use real assets across major North American markets at AFIAA, a Swiss global pension fund investment foundation.
Earlier in his career, Dino was responsible for acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management of retail, industrial, residential, and mixed-use real estate across major U.S. east coast markets at MCB Real Estate and held leadership positions at various other firms in the U.S. and Europe.
Dino earned an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from The George Washington University in Washington, DC and is an active member and district leader of the Urban Land Institute.
Dino lives in New York, NY with his wife and two children.
